Fourth Of July Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 10 Strawberries
- 1 cup Blueberries
Chia Pudding Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut milk
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
To make chia pudding
- Add 1 cup coconut milk, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup chia seeds, and 1 tsp vanilla extract to a container bowl. Mix all together and cover with a lid. Place in the fridge for up to an hour or overnight.
Making the fourth of july pudding
- Cut off the ends of the strawberries. Blend in a food processor or in a bowl, mash with a fork or wire masher tool.
- Stir the chilled chia pudding.
- Add a scoop of chia seed pudding to a glass jar. Next add a layer of mashed strawberries, than another layer of chia seed pudding.
- Top with fresh blueberries
