All you need are two oranges, one frozen banana, vanilla, and almond milk. It tastes even better than an Orange Julius and is healthier for you!

    • Oranges: This is the key ingredient for an immune-boosting smoothie. Oranges have tons of vitamin C in them. Eating one orange helps you meet your vitamin C needs for the day. Vitamin C is an essential vitamin to boost your immune system since it helps your immune system function correctly and heals your body.
    • Almond milk: Gives your immune system a good boost since almonds are packed with rich vitamin B and iron. These vitamins help heal and strengthen your muscles.
    • Banana: Packed with lots of potassium and vitamin B6. These vitamins and minerals help your gut health and keep your immune system working properly.

  • Use a high power blender: I love using my Blendtec. It’s amazing how well it blends everything together.
  • Use the smoothie button on the blender: The smoothie button starts blending at a low speed and then increases while it’s blending so it doesn’t over-blend it.
