Healthy Bowl with Chicken, Vegetables, and Wild Rice

Need a new yummy dinner recipe? Make this delicious healthy bowl. All you need is grilled chicken, wild rice, broccoli, and sweet potato.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Broccoli
  • 1/2 cup Wild rice
  • 1 large Sweet potato
  • 2 lbs Chicken breast (grass-fed)

Chicken seasoning recipe

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper and real salt
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil or avocado oil (used for cooking)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin

Instructions
 

Cooking sweet potaoes

  • Peel and dice up sweet potato. Place onto a sheet pan and drizzle a little bit of olive oil and stir to coat. Bake in the oven at 400 F for 25 mins or until the sweet potatoes are fully cooked.

Cooking wild rice

  • Add wild rice into a rice cooker, cook for 25-30 mins.

Grilled chicken seasoning recipe

  • Mix seasoning ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • Rub onto chicken breast and grill until cooked. Then chop into bite-size pieces.

Cooking broccoli

  • In a saucepan, add a little bit of oil and sauté broccoli until fully cooked.
